Margaret White, born and raised on Long Island, New York, is a current junior in the college studying Government and Psychology with a minor in Journalism. On campus, Margaret can be found planning events with the Georgetown Program Board, spreading kindness with GIVES, or buying one of her many daily coffees at Saxbys. As a Government student, Margaret is excited to have the opportunity to experience history firsthand this spring, as the United Kingdom is leaving the European Union, as well as to get to learn about the traditions, history and cultures outside of the United States. (And, as a self proclaimed foodie, she is especially excited to experience a new world of culinary arts!) Margaret cannot wait to share her stories and so much of what she will learn, and to experience the charm and wonders that Canterbury holds!
