I just got a text on my Jordanian cell phone from the phone network:
“To support our community and broaden education, we have deducted one Jordanian dinar from your account for the support of universities as per The Ministry of Finance.”
They deducted money from the credit on my phone without me having any choice in the matter! That was about 1/3 of the credit I had on there. How can they do that? Haha…how much would that never happen in America.
